After reading some recent posts I thought I'd post a link to where the current legislation, the Fisheries Act 1994 and Fisheries Regulations 2008 can be found. They are available free as a pdf download.

Once you have opened the link, scroll down until you find the fisheries stuff, then click on it and it will open up. You can then save a copy to your hard drive to read through at your leisure.

Also thought I'd add that you can find other legislation if you click on the link that says "alphabetical listing" and select one of the letters.

Under "M" you can find the current Maritime Safety Act and Regulations.

Under "T" you can find Transport Operations Marine Safety Act and Regs
Transport Operations Marine Pollution Act and Regs
