    '' sevens red''tannum hook up

    first time for me up gladstone way.fished with a couple of mates from rocky in there 2400 cat.headed out around bolt reef roughly 120k run witch only took 2hrs in perfect conditions.found some good shows in 65mt water had drop on two or three,pulled good fish each time.didnt quite get our bag limit maybe next time.the old man pulled this nice cod,not sure on the speices,but after a few pics was sent back two the bottom no worries.had a ball can t wait too have another crack those reds.

    Nice work mate, well done on getn that cod bak down I've never seen 1 that big swim back down even when popping the swim bladder

    saw 7s red at the fraser fishin comp and wondering if all is well after a nasty drive on to the trailer.

    reef king---saw a show the other day where they hooked a couple of kgs of weight through the lip of the fish with a barbless hook.then tie a good heavy line too the shank(cord line we used)lower too the bottom,swim bladder deflates ,give the cord line a good tug pulls the hook out backwards and pull the weights back to the boat.cod swims away to fight another day.worked a treat

    that would easilly be the biggest cod i have ever seen.

    Well Down Howy Good To See A Few Kingaroy And Nanango Boys At The Hookup. Have Talked To Other People Who Fished Bolt And U Guys Were The Only Ones I Heared Off That Caught Reds Most Caught Zip. Fished Better Up North.
