David it was a shame about the fish but I never beat myself up over the lack of fish at times because firstly I know there will be other trips which yield better and secondly I appreciate just being able to get out there to lap up our environment.

It is good to stop and see what other humans dont see when we are out there on the water. I fish dusk and see some of the best sunsets and wonder if anyone else is seeing the afternoon like me. It is just as good as catching that PB when you are away from our so called work that we so called needed for the banks and my ol mate the tax man. I love the bay so much i spend every second night on it and it is good to see the sunrise is just as good and if you fish the right time and day you will be rewarded with some food for the family and pick up your PB just that little bit more. Cheers.

Got it in one ddobson. Any day on the water is so much better than being at work. Starting a new job soon which will take me off the water some weekends however I will be earning a substantial amount more than what my current employer is paying me and I will not be working every weekend so can still plan my fishing trips in between.
