Went into BCF yesterday, just looking around ....( as you do )........and a deal on a Combo caught my eye. Shakespeare Rod, around 7 ft, with overhead reel and 20 kg line , $ 99 for members.
I thought, not bad, looks & feels OK, but what about Shakespeare Gear itself ??
Never had any, is it any good ????

I've got an Okuma Combo that goes well, good Snapper Rod, are they much the same, or do I need some thing with a bit more feel for the Estuaries around the pin ?? That being the case, I'll stick with my trusty old Jarvis Walker.
