Fantastic result there Matt, I wish I was there, and I think it might be the same spot your better half pulled 73cm. I'll bet she is telling you to lift your game. Either way, I'm jealous!!

nice couple of snapps there blue fin well done. i was sitting in the crane at work at the mouth of the river filthy for not being out there . it was one of the glassiest days i`ve seen for a while with the fog etc. saw some interesting debris floating out the river on the outgoing tide also.
where you driving north down sandgate road today as i think i was behind you when you turned at the bottom of nudgee colledge boat looked similar anyways. I`m already working out how to get some days off this week as the weather looks great. cheers Andrew

God morning sesh. I was up till 10 30 last night in the bay trying to get some but only little suckers. Hey dont those new chickens go great. I tried the same colour and they had good hits but then it got to dark and the nuclear chooks came back into swing but on dusk they went off. Cheers PS. Is it just me or am i the only one to never get a good sized fish in calm weather. I have only bagged good size snapper on 14 to 25 notts of wind so they dont spook.

Thanks for the replys guys i appreciate the support but today was a shocker not a fish hit the deck but that might be a good thing as you cant expect miracles every day and tomorrow i am heading to morton and maybe around to the cape weather pending but it shouldn't be a problem at this stage . At least it was a nice day hopefully i will have a bit more to report tomorrow and anyway it's better than being at work ..matt
