Nice fish mate - esp the bream.

Back in the land of the living and fishing, so finally time to catch up for a fish buddy.

PS what's happened to Dave - tried to call twice and texted once but haven't heard from him. Is he still on the coast?

    Cheers fellas.

    Pete.

They may be rats but get one on the end of 3-4lb line and see what you think.

    Jeffo.

The jacks have come as by-catch for bream and the shallow and deep chubbies have been getting all the attention. Of late I have been loosing atleast 1 a trip in the canals to the crimson fish. When i fish surface in the canals i usually use smaller lures like the egogear px-45 and luckycraft nw pencils, these sometimes get smashed bythe odd jack around the rock walls.

    Cheers Whytey
If you wish to learn more about reading and getting the most from your Lowrance units or learning more about fishing with artificial baits I will come out in the comfort of your own boat for one on one coaching. Please call for more information.

Nah mate no chance to get out on my boat since Awoonga last October!

At least all the hard work has paid off - all hard yards finished and so taking 6 months off to just do locum work part time and fish my arse off to make up for the last year!

just had an awesome trip to Karratha and the Monte Bello islands: will post report this week in saltwater photos section. On the GC only back 1 week - been out once offshore for 3 hours- nice 4kg Snapper to show for it

Good to be back on the site looks like I've missed a lot!!
    Will pm you mate.

    see ya!

    Good fish Whytey,

Looks like you've been doing heaps of fishing and getting great results. I thought you might have fished the Clarence on the w/e.

    Is that your Champion?

    cheers,

    Matt

Hey Matt. I wish i could have fished the clarence on the weekend but had commitments. Spewin i missed it. The champion isnt mine as i dont have a spare 60 g's to put toward a boat. Ive got one of Drewy's Attacks, does the job for about half the price. An extra 15-20mph would be nice though.
