    Mate, there's nothing like 'em. Got the texture of a tender fillet steak and a taste as good as lobster.

    This is a famous chippy in my home town. Scroll down the menu on the left to "The Cottage Big Catch" you will see that halibut is 50% dearer than any other fish due to it's taste. $35 for fish and chips and worth every penny. I'll be sat in there shortly
