What about people with kayaks and car toppers? They are still launching a boat. Don't they have the samme rights as someone with a tinny on a trailer?

If they have a trailer no diff to others. If not then also no different to those that have no trailer (deckies etc).

The trailer parks are reserved for those with trailers (boat or otherwise), otherwise you park in the non trailer parks. Pretty simple I would have thought.

I was at Wellington Point a while ago, hundreds of people, all car parks were taken, but most trailer parking spots were empty of trailers (windy and crap boating weather) and everyone who parked their car in the trailer parking spots was being booked. Saw a lot of unhappy people abusing the parking inspectors.
