    Excellent service

    Hi
    Im just posting this quick thread to let everyone know of my wonderful experience. I had two penn reels that had minor issues (rough bearing and a broken livelwind pawl), a quick email to the Jarvis Walker service department saw the parts arrive free of charge two days later. I could not be happier with the service i received from this crew.

    Yep, that's been my experience too...had a drag issue with a 7500 big boss after having it smoked fraser 2006, had a new one up over night, fantastic. Its good to see a company backing up its product

    The same with Silstar, needed a new handle and shaft for my TF-15, sent the to me on the house!!

    Lost a handle screw off my Penn Signature 2 Baitcaster, contacted JW never heard from then Week later the screw turns up in the mail (NO Charge), Now thats service........Whitto

    A quick mention for the daiwa service centre in Sydney, always helpful have sent me a few parts at no charge and really go out of their way to try and fix any problem. Definitely excellent service!

    Silstar replaced a rod for me a few months ago, cause I got a chip in the top guide. (which was prob my fault) was very impressed.

    I agree - had a Penn 4000 and the ratchet went - took back to store and they replaced whole reel for new one - can't complain there. Only simple part required I know but who's complaining.
