Custom rod builders

G'day guys, I am new to the forum so please forgive me if this topic has be covered before.
I am looking to have a custom rod built and was wondering if anybody can recommend any custom builders? I already have an IMX blank and guides but require somebody to do the threadwork grips and seat. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

since you already have the blank and guides, why don't you have a crack at binding it yourself? It's not as scary as it looks, and I know from recent experience. Until about a year ago I didn't have a clue, but with advice and help (thanks again Finga) from this forum's members I have now built two blanks from scratch. And of course now I am addicted!!!

Have a look on www.mudhole.com at the videos. They will give you a fair idea on the basics and probably enough confidence to tackle it yourself.

Thanks guys, I live in north east Victoria. I would like to have a crack at building a rod one day, but I would like to start on somthing a little cheaper in case I stuff it up which I am bound to do first up!.

depending on how far north you are i might be closest to you ? (Merimbula) i dont know who builds commercially south from me in Victoria...quiet a few builders In melbourne...
