I had intended to build one from scratch, and budgeted $10k for the task. I approached a reputable canvas fabricator who quoted me $6k to do the canvas work, which included annex. That immediately blew the overall budget.
Since found an off-road package (new) for $5.5k with annex, not including kitchen, which I picked up last Friday and am pleased with the outcome.
I will fit it out and be well less than the original budget of $10k.
It pays to shop around!

Hi Rob, considering I'd only use it twice a year, whereabouts (the docks) can I get a top for $250? I'd love to know as I have a trailer ready for a camper top.
