Banana Prawns firing again
The tasty banana prawns have been stirred up by the recent cold snap and few isolated storms. They are around the usual spots near the mouth of the Brissy River.
As usual Frank the fishing machine was on to them and has managed 6kg in two short sessions off the bank over the past two days.
Get out and get them as they won't be around for much longer.
No pics at the moment due to distraction of State of Origin.

surprise,surprise! the prawns are on again.
They are still around.and haven't left. Just more isolated
At spot X I got 2kilo today. 1 kilo two days ago. They aren't as abundant, and are thinning out as the prawn season draws to a close.
Like a true fisherman I wont give away the location
but-
(they are some where around the Pergola in the logan river between mid -river and and 50 metres seawards and 50 metres upstream of the pergola). Shhhhhh. I wanna brag about what I've caught with out giving away the location ) As many guys on this forum like to do.
