help posting pics

Hi Guys

looking to post pics in regards to fishing trips although im struggling to make my pics small enough to upload on here.

my camera takes pics about 1mb in size and i need to shrink it down to 100k. what programs do you guys use to shrink your photos down to size?

any help on this would be much appreciated
