Painted grinner.. the black mark behind the head is the main diff between that and the yellow banded grinner.. these are the small ones that only grow to just over 350mm

, catch plenty of em around the 30cm mark when we go to tangalooma not far off the shore, full of bones, absolute waste of time fish, they better not be moving down to the broadwater for good.
