Joel, He was PMing me all week to get him a Trevally.
I nearly didn't ring him on Friday 'cause I read in one of your posts that you and him were going to hit up Kawana!

When I rung him at home he didn't mention anything about having a fish with you!
You went to pick him up at 5????????????
The mad ba$tard had been out all night to meet me at 4.30 in the morning!
He caught the last bus in from Nambour that night 'cause buses didn't run that early in the morning.!!!!!!

As I stated in my previous post, he's either mad or very keen.
Personally, I think both!
Ol Nuggstar, you got some explaining to do my boy!!!!

At least we got some decent fish!

I wasn't too worried Jeff. I knew how desperate he was for a fish with you and to get onto some Trevs. And he is a nutter to do the all nighter beforehand, he's certainly very dedicated.

To be honest, my biggest worry was how his wife would react after the 5am phone call... He called me later in the day to apologise, he'd realised halfway through the night what he'd done. Unfortunately, his missus didn't sound too happy with him talking to me . I guess I'm off the xmas card list

them whitting were so awsome, my legs went to jelly when i seen them come up and smack my popper, i cant wait to get back out there.
i landed some good fish befor i seen jeff at the ramp too, like about 50 baby flattys, 1 cod, 4 bream, 1 stonker whitting about 35cm on a gladiator, 1 sting ray, 3 miget choppa's and 1 happy moment on power bait. so i had fun night but the morn realy topped it off.

i forgot to mention i found $20 just sitting there at the bus stop after jeff droped me off. it trazformed it self into a new pack of nuke chook gulp shrimps and some new jig heads. man i love noosa hehe
