What pound line would you reccommend for Tuna? Would 36lb be enough?
hey alex the angler, it really depends on where your fishing and what the average size of fish are.If fishing in the bay usually 15-20lb is more than enough for the majority of tuna whereas if fishing offshore and flicking big slugs at schoools i would use 30lb.

all depends on the size of the fish and where your fishing 20lb is normally enough for me i think its more how much line you have compaired to what LB expecially lands based

I know a guy that tests gear for sertain companies and he tests braid and mono and they both go on ebay if they are no good the company won't have crap line sold from them. they also test the lures and rods and reelsOriginally Posted by Alex The Angler
