i went to Nundle a couple of weeks ago to do some gold panning and trout fishing went to sheba dam above Nundle what a surprise it was like bourke street
must have been 15 camps there caught nothing stayed down at nundle in river glen cottages beside the peel river that after noon we got there i looked over the fence and there were fish like boats swimming every where so went and got a rod with a worm and hooked the fish from hell towed me all over the river for ten minutes finally got him in bloody carp about twenty pounds couldnt get him up the bank over the next day i hooked another 5 on rolled up slices of bread the biggest was at least 30 lb good fun on light gear and would have been even more fun on fly gear maybe next time coop
