Shore fishing Somerset?

Hey All,
Off to Somerset this weekend with the family and the misus has laid down the law and said we are leaving the boat at home (probably got something to do with the 4 days spent at Monduran last weekend with the boys). Any way just wondering if any one knows of any good spots to fish from the shore around the camp area at Kirkleigh. Needs to easy to get to with 2 kids.

around the point behind the rangers house has allways been good to me used to be easy access havent been there for a while though.walk from the ramp where they launch the sailboats
