    I need a new swag.

Any suggestions? Does not need to be too fancy, just decent quality.

Southern Cross Swags, you pay a bit more but the quality is excellant, they carry spare parts and will courier up to you.
Ive got the single dome, rolls up like a swag, takes about 3 minutes to set up, its like a mini tent, have been thru a couple of serious storms in it, no leaks at all, nice and airy, plus keeps all the creepy crawlies off ya (Ive got a "thing" bout snakes in my swag after a trip to Awoonga)

How swags with condensation. I was thinking with that closed space and a cool night if you end up having condensation dripping on you in the eraly hours?

When you first get a swag you need to "bed in" the canvas and stitching. Basically you need to hose it down and allow it to dry and repeat. Something like that anyway, been a few years since I got mine.

I followed the instructions when I first got it and haven't had a problem with rain or condensation.

Just got back from a few days at Borumba and it was fairly cool at night although was snug as a bug in the swag (it's an Oztrail 3 hoop model)

    Cheers

    Hi
If you cqan't find what you want at a camping store etc have you thought of having one made to your own specs,

Most of them are good quality and depending on what quality you want as to how much you spend.

I made swags a few years ago as i couldn't seem to get the exact thing I wanted. Can't say it was any cheaper than going out buying ready made but I at least got what I wanted,
