    I'm no expert on the matter but two things come to mind.

    STAG, has been the traditional sealant for all sorts of applications & may be appropriate, it is fuel rated.

    there is aparantly a fuel rated thread seal tape.

    Locktite PST, Leak-Lock, or equivalent).

    I have been advised never to use Teflon Tape.I have a post earlier,on this very subject.
    The above came up on a search,but there are many others to suit fuel lines.

    I am still deciding in my case.
