    Filleting Redfin

    What is the best way to fillet Redfin as I have trouble filleting them.

    They normally fillet like any other but what is the problem , more info needed.

    There just much more difficult to fillet than any other fish I have filleted. I'm sure some blokes will back me up on this on this.
