This is a late barwon banks report from a few weeks ago. The fishing was pretty good; this is my part of the catch. It's a good mixed bag. most of which were caught on rubber chooks. The spangled went 17lb. the second spangled which i have on video and will download later on also went for 17lb, which was released.

Very nice. Don't often see too many people up here keep leather jackets (trigger fish). Used to eat them in South Oz - sweet meat from memory.

Hey garry, we only got 1 snapper the rest were reefiesI got a dozen snapper on the 50's last week wide of the pin bar.
I kept the leather jackets they are nice when you just gut them and throw em straight on the hot coals, very sweet meat.
Some good fish there, especially those spanglies...
