Went for my first trip fishing in the bay in 10 years years today. We tried all over the place from Tom Uglys all the way out to Bare Island and all i have in the freezer is 1 fish(nice little Snapper)
Must admit we had fun was great to get out on a boat fishing again.
Anyone got any tips on places in the bay to try
i fished botany bay alot when i lived doewn that way .
Have to be careful as blows up very fast ..
Fish the container walls 3rd for some good trevally and tailor..
Some good fish to be hooked in those waters

Botany bay has many places to fish ..... but most are species specific that require their own techniques
mind you .... with all the fresh pouring out of the Georges & Cooks rivers .... fishing would be tough
