Picture in a post?

Can anyone help me with how to paste a picture in a message? I know how to attach a photo, but I still haven't worked how to get a picture in the actual message! Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want to inset and image from another website just click on the Insert Image icon

This will display a popup that you insert the URL of the image into.
