What about macks? One bad season in weather and you have run away to the estuaries! You fluked a spanish in the bay last year and still yet to catch a spottie?? I could be wrong on that.

No CUSTARO, you are 100% correct! But i haven't seen too many pics of you (or many others for that matter) holding up any spotties... You're also right about hiding in the estuaries! While i'm sitting in calm, sedate, sheltered waters, others are watching seabreeze for a break in the weather .

To 'fluke' a fish, you have to give yourself half a chance - and sitting behind a keyboard isn't any chance - so the estuaries are a top option 'cos it aint madda wha'da wind is blowin'....
