Cool New member from the Tweed

Hi! Haff here, What a great site. I live at a place called Tyalgum NSW which is in the Tweed region been here for 12 years, I do a lot of boat, beach and rock fishing, yes I am one of the mad bastards that sit on a cold wet and windy rock all night waiting for a stinker (jewie). Lived in the Whitsundays for about 25 years chased a few Trout, Reds and Spaniards at times. Every year or two I manage a trip to NT to relieve the Barra bug and recently had a few trips to Monduran to test the fishing equipment.
I try to get away every 2nd weekend, mate just bought a Malcolm Douglas special "Trailcraft", top fishing boat to fish the 45s and traps off the Tweed. I fish the Greenback every year and if any other fishos do give me a bell.

    Haff,

    Haff,

Welcome, pal. I do rockfishing too, and did much try at nigth, but targeting "espadas". You right, some nights came a big cold, mainly when winter coming.
Is better a bad fishing day than a good working day!
