Bluechart owners

For anyone that has the latest Garmin Bluecharts (not G2), can you tell me if there is any navigation detail for the maroochy river?
My version doesn't show any navigation mark positions or anything really for the maroochy river. Wondering if the latest version charts do?

Not sure what version you have but there's no nav marker info in version 9.0.

I have version 9.5 and no it doesnt have any nav. information for the Maroochy River...

Thanks! Is this 2008 Bluechart different to version 9.5? Or are they the same thing? Cant see anything about Pacific 2008 mentioned on Garmin website?

The only reference I can find to the change from version number to release year is in a post on The Hull Truth - http://www.thehulltruth.com/forums/t...87611&posts=17. According to that, 2008 is V10. Can't vouch for the accuracy, but seems reasonable.

I bought v8 in early Feb 2008, and when I registered on the Garmin website, I was notified that an update was available and a free CD was on it's way to me. It turned up, and I upgraded without any probs (it has a new 25 digit unlock code that you need to get from the unlock section of the web site). Mapsource now shows both Bluchart Pacific v8 and 2008, so I can compare the difference in the charts easily.

There's a heap more detail in 2008 in some areas (eg - around Mud), and not much change around other areas.
