Bait Tank Timer

I am looking for a timer for my bait tank. I read an article by dFox from back in 2004 and he mentioned adding a 131726 BLA as a timer. Does anyone know what the 131728 BLA is or where you can purchase it?

Sorry Didley, being a brand new member I was very brief as I did not want to break any rules and hopefully I'm not.

Cost: $66 plus postage (normally $7.50 Express Post) Best way to quickly see what I sell at the moment is to have a look on Ebay, search for Live Bait Tank Timer. I have one advertised on there at the moment. (different price on Ebay of course due to fees)

Gammo, I had a look, that long thin thing is a battery I'm guessing. Looks pretty good. I'll be needing something in the next few months. I'll get back to U on it. U don't do one with time adjustment ,do U?

G'day Dids,

No I don't do one with a variable adjustment. I did my research and found that once set most people don't touch them again. Also, the potentiometer is another hole in your boat somewhere, and another thing to attract saltwater and die an early death. A three way switch allows you to bypass the timer as required for when you have critical bait or high quality fish you need to get to a weigh in.

(I often run mine continously for a while after placing herring in the bait tank to help get rid of all their scales etc.)

I will accept orders of different duty cycles, and will try to meet them as close as I can. (normally +/- 10%) This will cause a small delay in delivery of course.

I use one from Cabelas that allows for variable timing as I find this is important when the load differs greatly or I am setting it for holding overnight etc
