Supreme offroad caravans

Has anyone had experience with Supreme Getaway Off road Caravan.

13ft 1994 for looks like it would suit our needs basic mechanical brakes though rear entry annexe off the rear full steel checkerplate floor, independent suspension looks pretty solid I have researched them not to many on the used in that price market mainly dealers and expensive .

13,500 ono is this the price What would expect and what should I look for to negotiate the price I would appreciate any info good bad or ugly.

Bought a '98 15'x6'6" last Sept.
Side door model with queen bed across the back.
Pretty weighty at 1850kg. GVM, but tows exceptionally well. (behind L/C trayback)
Carried out some mods. (rearbumper for extra spare etc., have now done about 5000km. but minimal off road. (That comes up next!)
This one had done a LOT off off road work, but not a rattle in it. They sure are built solid as.
Not a lot of them come up, we had been looking for a side door one for some time.
Paid $22000 (negotiated) and very happy with both the price and the van.
