Downoad irfanview can shrink photos without reducing pixel count excellant product.

Ill definetley give this a go, because i tried to make my pictures smaller to make them under 100kb but they ended up being to small to see and only about 1/8 of page...ill definetly give this a go thanks!!

Have a look through the Help section. There are a couple of posts regarding resizing pics, starting a gallery, etc.

If I can slightly hijack this thread for a tick....
I've got an avatar (gif) that comes up through your system at 19.5 k.
Your limit is 19....
I tried to resize it but it wants me to do it frame by frame...any suggestions???
You are allowed a 20k limit. I have just set it to 20480 bytes (20k) so you should be able to upload it now.
