    Raymarine S1000 Autopilot

    I am considering installing a Autopilot and has anyone installed the S1000 with a Lowrance 7200C chartplotter and did it work okay.

    Has anyone had problems with the S1000 as it is very straight forward to install.

    G'day Trevor,
    The s1000 will run of any gps that NMEA compatible and as long as your boat has hydraulic steering. fitting is very easy with a step by step dvd to help you out in the box. good luck with it.

    Trevor,
    I have fitted the Raymarine S1000 Auto pilot. The installation is very straight forward with excellent instructions.
    Mine is connected via NMEA with a Lowrance 7600HD plotter, all works well.
