    Fish ID?

I got this in the cast net this morning, at first glance i thought it was a cod, but when i had a closer look at it there were lots of spikes on it.
    Is it a bullrout???

If you google bullrout i think you'll find that it is indeed one . I've caught a few in the cast net as well, buggers to get out. Whered you manage the prawns from?

it is definatly a bullrout stone fish, ( Notesthes robusta )
they have poison spikes everywhere on em, and there are only a couple of spikes that dont have poison, the mouth spines, next time you see one look closer and they have little spines on there mouth. (just a little advice)

they are awsome fish!, i have three of em in my tank.
