Hi Silent,
Got some baby ones in my castnet last week, about 1 inch long,
got a 40cm one last year on the goldy.
I see em for sale in a local seafood shop! Ive heard they are bad eating, but someone is eating em.
Does anybody know if the spike is still painfull when the fish is dead ?
Andrew

never eat them if they have been caught around trawlers or moorings, you know why they do get called scats?becuase they eat poo, but they are a very nice looking tank fish, got 4 atm 2 about 10cm and 2 about 3cm had to more but they got eaten by my butis, they arent going to be happy
