where can i catch a fish in 1770 when i havent got a boat?what bait and rig should i use?

Off the headlands with livebaits will get you some decent fish.
Round Hill Creek has lots of locations that can produce some nice table fare landbased but you will have to take notice while you are there what fish are feeding on what.
If you can get to the next creek north (Eurimbula Creek) you can get some quite good fishing in its estuary being landbased. It receives less fishing pressure than Round Hill Creek and often will turn up a very decent catch.
