Does everyone know that they want to restrict bag limits on fishing charters over 48hrs and extended fraser trips.

"To ensure equity and consistency between fishers and different areas, it is proposed to remove the current allowance for charter fishers to take double the recreational bag limit of some inshore species when on trips of more than 48 hours. It is also proposed to remove the extended bag limit for tailor on Fraser Island"
Does this cause a problem for the people how only fish once or twice a year on long fishing trips to stock up the freezer?
I wonder if they will try it on reef species (swains trips)?
