    Hinze late Sat. arvo

Hit Hinze this afternoon with my son in our new 4.1 Polycraft. Scored 7 with 6 in in the boat between 4.30pm and 6pm while having a troll around. Highlight was a double hookup at the end just before getting back to the ramp. Best fish went 35cm. White g-vibe caught more than white tn70 jackall. All in all a fun 1.5 hrs and my son was rapt - so was I.

Also went out on Tuesday for the first run in the new boat and scored 3 in the boat in a late arvo session by myself.

Only dissapointment was the one 4wd yak fisher who parked in the turnaround area and made my life very hard on getting down to the ramp.

    cheers

Hi Richard: sounds like a nice Bass boat.
Also sounds like the Bass are breaking the Spinnerbait habit and moving back into other things now the season has changed. So I'm hoping.

Sounds like a great afternoon for both of you. A few bass in the net makes anyone happy.

That is a great looking net that you have as well.

    Regards Cameron.

Mitch, didnt get a hit on tuesday with a spinnerbait. Didnt try them today. I excited about my new boat. I have been fishing for 40 years and never owned a boat before.

Cameron, yeh the net is great. Its a Berkly rubber fish friendly model. The gang hooks dont get stuck in it like the environets so the fish gets out faster and no drag throught the water.

If only these idiots would walk the extra 50 yards and park where they are ment to. It would make life so much better for the rest of the locals. One prick parked in the wrong spot makes it hard for 30 other people.

I fully beleive it is time to start a name and shame thread.

Take a picture of the car and trailer but "black out the number plate " post it up here and maybe then someone will know them and give them a talkig to. well we can only hope.

I get the impression that the people that park there know their parked badly but don't give a s--t. I have seen the same idiot parked there three times now, we have told him, but he still parks there. Brain dead? I don't think so. Arigant d------d, yes.

I contacted the GCCC yesterday and spoke to the parking dept. re. putting up no parking signs and they said they would definatly look at it.YThey asked could i put my reasons and request in writing or email - which I have done. People can always ignore the signs but at least there will be some official notice there. I also spoke to the Hinze dam alliance regarding this. If anyone else wants to put their 2 bobs worth in send me a PM and I will pass on the numbers I was given.

Also 3 of us fished the dam yesterday arvo for only 2 bass and 1 catty in the boat. Lots of fish just holding in deeper water and very hard to raise a strike.

    cheers - Richard
