TYR20 or TYR30 for Trolling with TCurve Medium?

I have 2 T-Curve Mediums.

I have 1 TYR30 already.

Which reel should I use for the other T-Curve Medium Rod - TYR20 or TYR30?

I will be trolling with these rigs only.

unless you are going for huge fish go the 20
As you are in a boat you can easly just chase the fish a little.
big spanish ,marlin,bluefin will all be caught on a 20
if you are going for 50kg+ gts and doggies i would go the 30 easy is to see what they both feel like on the rod and choose from there.

I am in Gove and no oppourtunity to feel the reels beofre I buy.

Is the TYR20 more comfortable on the hands thatn the TYR30?

mate,I would go the 30 if it was for trolling.
I think you previously mentioned using 25kg line so at least the larger reel will allow a good amount of line.
When I loaded my 30 I think it took about 500 m of 15 kg line.
Haven't heard any reports from you yet ...how is the fishing up there?

Hi Disorderly.

After reading your posts and other posts from last years' threads I decided to change my outlook and go lighter. I changed my Tcurve Heavy rods with Mediums and hence only want to fish 15kg line max.

Waht line brand should I use?

Fishing reports have been slim so far - Monsoonal weather and motor issues have kept me on land.. :-(

But, i am patient and looking forward to some big outings shortly.
