Nauticpath Vs Navionics Charts
Looking into the differences between these two electronic charts systems.
The only thing I really know about them is
1. price about $200 difference between them
2. been told that the Navionics have the Green Zones on them whereas the Nauticpath do not.
Any info about these chart systems would be a great help in making up my mind which one to purchase.
Unit will be an Eagle 642C IGPS Chartplotter, reason already running a Fishmark 480 on the smaller boat and would like to use new system in both the smaller 4m and the Bigger 6M boat. Cabling is same for both wrt transducer and power.
Thanks in advance

Re: Nauticpath Vs Navionics Charts
Ive had both, Navionics has slightly more detail than Nauticpath
but not worth the extra 200 bucks IMO
With my current unit Navman it only uses the C-Map
which is a distant 3rd in my books for detail.
If on a budget Nauticpath will serve you well
