As clearly shown within the documents you gave the link to it is Robert Arthur Smith vs. The Australian Electoral Commission.

There is no action directly against the Australian Fishing & Lifestyle Party.

What is really going on is Bob Smith is taking the AEC to court and trying to have the last election declared null and void.

What is going on with the AFLP are doing is fighting the Moreton Bay issues, the Fin Fish issues and the changes applicable to that up north. Talking with politicans, lobbying groups, arranging protests, writing letters to ministers, and basically attempting to support the fisho in Qld.

What is going on with the TFP guys down south is helping QLD fishos?
