I'm pretty sure he means Qld.
Not hard to work out really.
You've got Hervey Bay on the Sunny Coast page and Bundaberg on the Central Coast page.

Obviously somewhere between H. Bay and Bundy. Probably Sandy Cape I'd suggest.
