    Bli Bli barra farm

    hey all
went sunday to the barra farm and all up was a good day... apart from getting real burnt. we got there at 11:30ish and set up. got a few live herring on a jig with bread and thew one out on my new curado with aan atc hardstick 6kg. fish with plastics and pallets in the mean time. landed a few little barra on the pallets and was settin up to flick poppers when i hear this huge "BOOF" behind me. i turned around and the new stick was goin nuts. picked it up and it took me over to the opposite end of the big boys pond after a few good runs i landed my PB barra of 90cms but a really fat fish. after a few more barra on pallets it was 3:00 and since they were now on i decided to flick palstics in barra creek. got about 8 on softies up to 62cms and caught a taged one. after that i flicked poppers for the rest of the day and with no luck headed home at 5:30ish . all in all caught around 20 fish, a good days fishin in anyones mind.
sorry didnt get any photos forgot to take the camera.

Always fun at the Barra Park mate. Well done.
They do need more shade there though.

And some more trees. The wind just rips across those fields.

i was there on the saturday, we all got a good number of fish (20-25 each)on both plastics hard lures and pellets including a few 80ish cm job from the big boys pond. Has anyone else seen those 2 giant milkfish in the mixed species pond?
