    Eagle GPS Chartplotter/fishfinders

Before everyone tries to steer me to other brands, the main reason is I am currently running an Eagle Fishmark 480 in my tinnie and to have the option of interoperability with 2 boats (buying a Bigger Boat just for offshore). Been doing some research and the Transducer/power cable on my Fishmark 480 is exactly the same for the the following models of GPS Chartplot/Fishfinder units

So I would like some comments on who has used them and which units are considered good.

Fishelite 502c with internal gps aerial

    Fishelite 640c external gps aerial

Fishelite 642c with interal gps aerial

Thanks for all replies in advance

is your Eagle transducer/power cable the same as Lowrance Fishfinders/GPS units.... Eagle and Lowrance are basically 1 and teh same company.... worth checking out

Just be warned. My Eagle Intellimap 480 has died twice in 12 months and played up on Friday

I have the fish Elite 640c, great resolution and pixels, reads well and picks up fish good, easy to use.

If it would only stop breaking down every couple of months I might actually like it!!!! I have done a screen, backing light (wont work without it) keypad buttons here and there .....all this and its only 12 months old. made in Mexico
