hervey bay saturday
headed out today for a buzz with a mate from work ,he was yet to crack a good fish out there of any breed ,we headed down towards the picnics the tide was flying inaround the island but i managed a good squire around 480mm and missed a couple more, wazz was still to open account.off to next creek up along fraser there was a good drop off outside the mouth .wazz opened his account big time with a flatty going 850mm and 2.9kg.it was the fattest flatty i had seen.a few casts to some feeding i think small spaniards.around a big bait school, then home into 25knots a great day out

- elphrez i will keep enjoying it as being up here is a whole lot better than losing all your life in traffic in brissy there is no comparison in life styles, rather being here than in any rat race any day,no fish is still better than being in between 2 or 3 million people ,my only observation .
