Brisbane National 4x4 Show, Outdoors Expo & Tinne & Tackle Show - 24-27 April 2008
It's on again and this year I have been invited to conduct camp oven cooking demonstration over the 4 day event.
More details will be posted as they come to hand however if you are at the show it will be good to see you there.

Actually Goanna stews better than roo meat does

Looks like I have been allocated one hour each day on stage to do some cooking and yarning about camp oven cooking.
At this stage I expect that I will cook five dishes in the hour.
The "Naked Chef" I am not but expect something different if you come along.

I will be on stage from 12 to 1 on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and 4 to 5 on the Friday. Channel Ten's Totally Wild presenter Wes Dening will be on stage with me as the MC
It is my intention to cook five different dishes for the hour that I am on using five different camp ovens.
Actual dishes you will have to come and see.
If you want to come and have a chat I will also be spending a bit of time at the Camel Camper stand

The Courier Mail is running a story on my cooking at the Expo in next Tuesday's edition. Not sure what is going to be in it but the publicity people certainly have been asking lots of questions.

Thanks to all of those who came along and supported the show. I had a great time over the four days and met a great bunch of people.
