PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant VBA_SCRIPT - assumed 'VBA_SCRIPT' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in ..../includes/functions_navigation.php(802) : eval()'d code on line 1 does stella = lighter line
It depends on how you look at it. Yes a smooth drag means that you can probably run heavier drag than you usually would for that line class but it also means that if you were having problems with hooks popping before because of a jerky drag when screwed up hard then it means you can potentially run heavier drag and potentially run heavier line. When choosing line i like to think in terms of how much drag can the rod i'm running comfortably handle and then base my line on 30-40% drag pressure to line class. Dropping your line class just for the sake of it seems pretty pointless to me, unless you think its going to make fishing easier or land you more fish then why do it?
