River Whalers/Bullies?
What would be the best way to prepare and cook the whalers getting around the brisbane river. Any tips/hints would be great

The only way I've had them is to thin slice (1/2" thick) and place in beer batter and deep fry. Make sure the shark is no bigger than 4.5 feet otherwise too much mercury in the system. Cheers, Peter

big fillets, sprinkle garlic herbs and salt on it wrap in foil and slow grill it on bbq
serve with nice salad and lime and a cold brew!!
