    Cleaning film from your hull

Hey guys, I was on a trip to a local dam recently and there was a nasty amount of scum on the surface of the water. The nasty stuff managed to find its way 'en masse' into the hull. When I returned home it was disturbingly thick and has stuck to everything. The problem is I have a pretty elaborate decking and it aint real convenient to take it all apart. Also this stuff is like brown chewing gum so it will take some effort to get it out! are there any cleaning agents that anyone can recommend to get my hull cleaned out?

You tried hot soapy water, maybe put some bleach in it.

Hi BB: Try septone hull cleaner. I had the same problem and Blackened put me on to it. works like a charm. You can get it at any boat dealer.
