The tilt/trim is fixed so no need to take wifey along.
Just me on board and just to make sure I had enough juice to get home I did drive like an old woman.... 20 knots..I was in no hurry despite the beautiful flat ocean.
Trip before I ran mostly near or at WOT and she chewed 76 litres for 146 km's.
Fair bit of difference really.

I can't believe BRP have let there product slide that much that it will run out of fuel! They claim their engines run without oil, surely they don't need fuel to limp home
Yes I must say,Lee,I was most disappointed.
I'm sure I heard(maybe in the E-Tec DVD) that the motor would go into limp mode and run for a further 4 hours once the fuel had run out.
I'll have to speak to the dealer about this.
