4.7M Leisure Craft - Pod Install

Has anyone fitted a Pod to a similar hull as this one?
I am having my transom rebuilt and was wondering if there were any suggestions from boaties who have undertaken the same project on a similar hull?
I have read alot of the previous threads abou Pods, and it seems rather technical.

I would appreciate the extra room in the boat with the Pod but dont want it to ride like a dog if I get the design or the height wrong.

I am keen on an aluiminium bolt on arrangement, to suit a 70Hp outboard.
What are the benefits to a fully enclosed pod to a one fabricted from pipe?

If I was to get it wrong I woulden't have a yard stick to compare the ride to as i haven't been out in the boat as it is new.(secondhand new!)

If someone has done this to a similar boat before and has had success with a certian design and got the calculations right for fitting i.e (up,Down) I would be grateful for any advice.

The boat is a glass 4.7M Leisure Craft HalfCabin (glass hull).
