    Question Steez Stormshadow Rods

    Hey guys,

Has anyone used the steez stormshadow rods. I would use it for heavier bream lures like poppers and deeper divers. I already have a smith for the really light stuff but the tip just gives way when trying to impart action into these lures.

Any reviews/remarks about the stormshadows would be great!

    Thanks!

Haven't used the stormshadow but I have used the Kingbolt. Possibly the best rod I have ever handled, super light in weight, casts beautifully, very responsive. Well worth the money I reckon.

Been thinking about getting a Smith rod myself for really small hard bodies etc. What model do you have? Have you used it with unweighted SP's? If so how does it go?

Good to know, reason I asked is I just won the steez from Fishhead (thanks guys) and Im dying to give it a flick.

The Smith I bought is a 7ft bayliner and it is beautiful to use. It makes everything else feel like an ugly stick . Love the guides, love the action, love the lure clip and LOVE the feel when she's hooked up. The only thing I've seen that could compare is the lairy yellow Zenaq. Very nice rod but I don't much like the grip/seat.

to clarify, I meant I didnt like the seat on the zenaq, it looked a bit cheap and nasty for a $470 rod.

    The bayliner is all class
